How do I add my courses?
Tap Import, then Upload a document. Pick each syllabus (PDF, Word, a photo or pasted text). With two or more, Syllo reads them while you do something else and tells you when your courses are ready.
A date is wrong. How do I fix it?
Tap the deadline, then Edit. Syllo asks you to check any date the syllabus wasn't clear about before it goes in your calendar.
How do I sign in?
Settings, Your account, Continue with email. We email you a 6-digit code. There's no password.
How do I cancel Syllo Pro?
On your iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Syllo. Apple handles the payment, so it's cancelled there. Restore purchases is in Settings, Your account.
How do I delete my account?
In Syllo: Settings, Your account, Delete account. It deletes your account, email address and usage counts from our server.
Where are my notes kept?
On your device. With Syllo Pro you can save a backup file of every note in Notes, the ⋯ menu, Back up notes.
